January:

* Sto. Nino Festival (nationwide) - a grand procession of more than hundred images of Infant Jesus.

* Feast of the Black Nazarene (Quiapo Manila) - a grand procession of the Nazarene joined by millions of devotees,a vow they continue to do so they will find peace, deliverance from all kinds of calamities, good health and prosperity.

* Biniray Festival (Romblon) - a grand procession in honor of Sto. Nino where in people in colorful costumes with paints on their faces and bodies carry the image of Sto. Nino in a carriage decorated with flowers around town.

* Coconut Festival (San Pablo Laguna) - a grand festival celebrating the bountiful harvest of coconut which is the main crop of the town where in the local people parade around town in beautiful costumes, dancing, singing and playing instruments and some ride in colorful floats.

* Sinulog Festival (Cebu) - a grand and colorful festival in honor of Sto. Nino where in the people parade around town in bright colored costumes dancing to the rhythm of gongs, trumpets and drums.

* Dinagyang Festival (Iloilo) - a grand celebration in honor of Sto. Nino where in people parade around town in beautiful "ati-atihan" costumes, showcasing Ilonggo heritage and rich culture.

February:

* Pamulinawen Festival (Laoag City Ilocos Norte) - a grand celebration honoring Saint William the Hermit showcasing what's best in the province and the participants dance around the town in beautiful and colorful costumes and ride on big, colorful floats.

* Fistahan Festival (Davao City) - a culinary celebration showcasing Davao's grilled tuna specialites

* Tinagba Festival (Iriga City Camarines Sur) - a thanksgiving celebration for the bountiful harvest where in the people parade their carabao carts decorated with different kinds of vegetables and fruits.

* Suman Festival (Baler Aurora) - a culinary celebration where in the streets are lined with the native delicacy "suman".

* Babaylan Festival (Bago City Negros Occidental) - grand celebration highlighting the unique brand of Filipino heritage, rediscovering the region's indigenous music, dances, rituals and other artistic endeavors.

* Itik-itik Festival (Pasig City Metro Manila) - a celebration that includes street dancing, duck cooking contest, grand procession and outrigger boat rest. This celebration features the native duck called "itik".

* Panagbenga [Flower Festival] (Baguio City) - festival of the Cordillera flowers on grand parade with garden shows, exhibits, lectures and competitions.

* Kalilangan Festival (General Santos City) - a pageantry of unique and colorful ethnic rites, rituals and traditions like marriage celebrations, religious ceremonies, anniversaries, funerals and others.

March:

* Guling-guling Festival (Paoay Ilocos Norte) - held every Ash Wednesday townsfolk and guests participate in street dancing and singing dressed in native costumes.

* Bangkero Festival (Pagsanjan Laguna) - yearly boat parade in Pagsanjan River.

* Kaamulan Festival (Malaybalay City Bukidnon) - a showcase of tribal or ethnic songs, dances, games, crafts and rituals.

* Arya! Abra Festival (Bangued Abra) - the "Karerakit" bamboo rafting along Calaba river and the Tinguan Festival of the tribal natives of Abra are the highlight of this annual festival.

* Banana Festival (Baco Mindoro Oriental) - a celebration of abundance of banana which includes banana cookfest and banana inspired street dancing competition.

* Pasayaw Festival (Canlaon City Negros Oriental) - it is a thanksgiving through dance, this celebration expresses the joys and thanksgiving to the Almighty God through the intercession of Saint Joseph.

* Alimango Festival (Lala Lanao del Norte) - a celebration displaying different sizes of crab or alimango.
